"We loved our stay. Such a peaceful place with an incredible view. The hale itself is super comfortable with everything you could possibly need. Excellent location for the best swimming beaches on the island, which are a short drive away. We were a bit unlucky with the mosquitoes in what's normally a very dry area—hopefully next time will be more typical. A very special spot that was exactly what we were looking for. Showering under the stars was especially memorable! "

"I'd love to give this place a bad review because then we can book it any time without worrying about it already being booked, but I just can't. This place was PERFECT for our family. The A/C in the bedrooms was lovely. The private pool was fantastic. The living space was great. The view was magical. The beds were super comfortable. We will definitely be back! Thank you for an awesome place to stay! "

Expedia claim final price included all taxes and fees. this report charge $40 for parking (which i agreed to) and $60 resort fee which was not disclosed. "

"Very cute and laid back old Hawaii feel. The room was small but very clean and comfortable. The village of Hawi was our favorite stop on the island. Short walk from the hotel to the Main Street with shops and restaurants. We only stayed one night and have already talked about coming back and staying longer."
